We use CTT Registered Mail (Portugal Mail) for shipping.
A tracking number will be sent to you upon dispatch so that you can track the delivery of your goods at http://www.cttexpresso.pt
Costs and time of delivery
Once the order has been approved please allow 1-3 business days for the order to be processed and then shipped. If you have any questions, feel free to contact us: email@example.com
For all the shipping please include your contact, phone number so we can contact you if there is any problem with the delivery. Please provide your information in English.
Costumers will be responsible for all the shipping charges. Orders are dispatched via CTT from 9 am to 6 pm from Monday to Friday. We recommend that someone is available at the delivery address until 6pm as the item(s) will need to be signed for. If nobody is available at the time of delivery, you will receive a note to pick up your item(s) at the closest postal office within 6 business days or to re-schedule the delivery at a preferred time. If the item(s) haven’t been picked up within this time frame, if the name on the delivery address is incorrect or if the delivery is refused, your order will be returned to us.
Once we receive it we will inform you as soon as possible and proceed to resend to the address of your choosing, once a new shipping payment has been cleared. We will not be able to dispatch the item again, unless a new shipping payment is made. You may, however, pick up the item at our workshop, by contacting us at firstname.lastname@example.org
The price will depend on the number of products you order and the destination of your package.

Shipping to Europe – Up to 5 business days – 14€
Other countries – Up to 7 business days – 22€
