What is our return/exchange policy?
EGALITÉ Swimwear is a new brand, that produced small quantities of each swimwear pieces. For this reason, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
What if my order arrives damaged, or there is a fault?
Whilst we hope this never happens, if you do receive damaged product, or receive the wrong swimwear piece, please contact us immediately with a report and photo so we can personally assist you and sort out the issue as quickly as possible.

Garment Care
Do not:
- Don’t Bleach
- Don’t Tumble dry
- Don’ t Dry-clean
- Don’t Iron
- Don’t Use aggressive detergents
- Don’t Let it soak
- Don’t Twist or wring your swimwear piece to remove excess water to avoid breaking the fabric
- Try not to have contact with suntan lotions, oils, rough surfaces, pools and spas treated with harsh chemicals
- Do not hang the swimsuit in direct sunlight: UV rays can cause the colours of the fabric to fade
You should:
- Wash by hand and use cold running water removing all chlorine or salt residues
- Use neutral soap
- Dry in shade
